Due to COVID19 we have been informed by Royal Mail and our courier services that delivery in certain areas is taking slightly longer. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

We are also only able to offer Next Day Delivery at the moment if your order is placed before 10am as Royal Mail are operating reduced hours.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Tuesday to Friday). Please allow extra time for delivery in busy periods like Christmas. In the rare event that your item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery date or to arrange a full refund.

We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries.

We post to the UK, Non-Mainland UK & Scottish Highlands. The following delivery charges apply:

If you require next day delivery please contact us on 01538 388554 prior to placing your order as we have strict cut off time of 12 Noon for ordering this service.

If you are ordering on a Friday the “Next Day” for delivery will be Monday unless you contact us and request Saturday delivery. Guaranteed Saturday Delivery costs are as follows:

Small Parcel Guaranteed Sat delivery £13.50
Medium Parcel Guaranteed Sat delivery £16.50

If you require delivery to a non UK address please contact us and we will be able to discuss delivery options with you.

Courier & Next Day deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
Items can be delivered to either the billing address or to a different address which you can specify at checkout. 

NB  During sale periods Economy and First Class may take a little longer.

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order.

At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you.

Should you specify at any point of order that goods are to be left with a neighbour, please understand that this is at your own risk.
