A few important details that you should know
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:
- authorisation of your payment failed
- we made a pricing or product description error
- you’re not eligible to order from The Alphabet Store
If there are any problems with an order, we will contact you initially by phone and then by email if we cannot get in touch by phone.
If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, it is not a problem. Your rights mean you can cancel anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order and you then have a further 14 days to return the order. Please make sure you have your receipt or emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Please note, orders are normally processed within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order please phone or email us as soon as possible so we can stop your order being posted.
If you cancel your order after it has been posted you will be responsible for return postage costs to us.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Please see delivery & returns for more information.
Your log in details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, you should contact us.
